The weighbatcher is equipped with three electronic load cells. The weighing hopper is made of steel – thickness 4 mm - with 2 inlets. Discharge is effected by pneumatically operated butterfly valve with pneumatic cylinder and 5/2 magnetic valve. A vibrator is fitted at the hopper in order to facilitate the material flow. Furthermore the hopper is ventilated through a flexible hose, which is connected with the mixer.
